i think they should have rick nash on here too its always good to have a young rookie who will go balls to the wall every shift plus he has big time skill and could get alot of goal with an ice service this big.

ya well i think tod fucked himself as far as team canada goes id love to see him on there but it wont happen i dont think hell play in the nhl anymore either.

it'll be a good squad... i dunno bout putting shane doan and simon gagne on the lineup... good players but not quite team canada material... at least not yet for gagne...
big ups to getting draper and maltby though... solid checking players are essential!! robin regher was also a surprise... i just hope this year's stellar play by him isn't a fluke

good call on regher. I don't think he is team canada material at all. I think the reason he is doing so well is cause he is suited for calgary's style of play. Not necessarily for team canada. Who usually likes to have a solid offense with top notch defensmen and goalies.

gagne hasn't done anything since the olympics. so i have no idea why he's even there. ryan smyth's alright, but he's just the oilers posterboy for not making the playoffs.
if gretzky had any balls he woulda picked todd and forced the nhl to rule now, instead of dicking around for who knows how long with the strike in loom. brendan morrow over brendan morrison? um, morrison can outcheck that guy and out score him on his worse day. remember this is the same squad that had crazy fleury on the team, yet no todd?

^ hello the world cup is a joint venture with the NHL and NHLPA!! Meaning unless todd is reinstated into the NHL by both sides. He cannot play in the world cup hence how is he gonna get on the team roster without actually being on the players list for the NHL!!
but ya i just wanted to say that. Gretzky can try all he wants but unless it goes to court and the NHL is forced to reinstate bertuzzi. Nothing he can do about it
