basically they are small animals, kinda like monkeys with big eyes (due ot being nocturnal) and big ass claws on their hands\paws. their diet is the same as a vampire bat basically, so they eat fruit but they also feed on the blood of other animals.
their were always tales about the animal in south america, and it used to be thought of as a myth. but then cme photography, and unexplained evidence. live stock would be found with either a slit across its throat, completely drained of blood, or with odd puncture wounds, again drained of all blood. there would be no drips or left over blood anywhere. alot of people though alien, but really its just a newly discovered animal, well new to people who dont live in the area. as population grows, the animals habitat is being invaded so obviously they are feedin more on livestock\pets (just like our coyotes\bears\cougars) chups are totally real.

no.
my buddy from school was always "chupacabra this, chupacabra that" so then i started lookin it up, and then i was like whoa, he isnt kidding. plus john, x-files is so the truth. but not as much the truth as unsolved mysteries.

chupacabra must be hard to see b/c they are nocturnal and nocturnal monkeys are usually freakin small..this is so interesting meghan..i had a class at cap where i studied a buncha monkeys..i'm gonna go look up these little guys now..

I toatally remember my teacher read me a story about a chupacabra in elementary school....some kid had one as a pet or something, and it was set in south america.
