Answer: 764-84377

reason: when burns tries calling smithers, he dials in smithers in the phone but he calls moe's. This would equal 76484377. There is an extra number(7) at the end but it wouldnt be used.

He never actually died. In "Who Shot Burns Pt.2" there's reference to the Monroe memorial hospital, however that's the extent of it.

This season in "Diatriabe Of A Mad Housewife" however, he appears from the side to get Marge's book signed, showing he's actually still alive.
