getting a good night's sleep

lately, it's becoming a luxury. and I don't like it.

I havent had a good nights sleep since before Groove 1.....so today I was a bad girl and called in sick, then i slept til one thirty in the afternoon....much better

A good night sleep has always been a luxury I seldom get.... I think I get about 5-6 hours night max, usually a lot less.

well once again i got a good nights sleep...my alarm clock went off at five thirty..i got up, turned it off....laid back down for a second and didnt wake up again til quarter to nine.......oh well another day at home for me!

My sleep schedule's pretty fucked.
The only reason I got seven hours of sleep last night is because I get to do work from home today and didn't have to wake up at seven.
I don't know why i'm having a hard time sleeping.
What's worse is that I can't just say "fuck it" and sleep in when I haven't managed to fall asleep until 4am because I can't really miss school at all.
My clinical instructor noticed now much of a walking zombie I was last week.

A decent sleep is a Luxury... Sleep itself is a necessity, I have to get at least 3 hours before I can funtion properly. I've gone 72 Hours without sleep WITH NO DRUGS and that just fucks you up. It's quite the trip... things move, you hear things... yah... Sleep is my friend.
