MUFFIN recipe help!!!

ok at capers they sell these power muffins and they're vurry yummy. i want to make them myself, i have all the ingredients but no quantities or directions...can any of you figure this shit out for me?

spelt flour
honey
canola oil
eggs
molasses
lemon juice
raisins
pumpkin seeds
banana
sunflower seeds
hemp seeds
chocolat
coconut
flax seed
oats
baking soda
baking powder
sea salt
cinnamon

ps. the muffins were not too banana-e nor did it have much oats!
heeeeeeeeeelp! i'll repay you in muffins :D

try finding a basic muffin recipe and then add all of the extras

but there's not too many recipes that call for honey/molasses and no sugar! and the seeds are throwing me off :(

just replace the amount of regular sugar with the honey/molasses and they should list other things to add like berries and shit just put that amount of seeds in

that's way too risky, just go to capers and ask for the recipe instead of wasting ingredients and coming up with gloop.

OR i have a really good stawberry muffin recipe :P
