i dont even think they 'bust' them from finding out about them by flyers etc... a more logical situation is noise complaints, or just a random driveby the building, in which they observe abnormal activities(loud music, gathering of ppl, or flashing lights) during late hours of the night. Its almost impossible to hide following,

i agree with dsl.

of course, there are also people in the party and outside the party who call the cops cause they think they are overdosing or b/c they hate the company throwing it. underground parties are very fragile.

i think companies should look into buying sound curtains. Even though the price is expensive it would be nice to have. Maybe the company could rent themt o other companies throwing parties aswell

most of the problems can be downplayed if not negated totally with a little planning ahead.

cops read fnk.... cops pick up flyers( in stores and at partys... ie: cops walking around crave were reading flyers that were laying around all over the god damn place)......
the only way theyre not gonna find out or know about it is if theres no promotion whatsoever.... which would be useless for promotors cause then noone would know about the party......or... promoters can just get a permit and wouldnt have these kind of problems.
