I could have gotten higher limits but then I'd just max them out even worse and then I'd be in BIG trouble.

Both of my cards are maxed right now, but the due dates are nicely staggered and I work it out so that with certain paycheques I pay off certain cards on certain dates - I also get paid on the 15 and last day of the month, which makes my cheques larger than if I got paid bi-weekly.
