Snowboard season FINALLY started!

It seemed like forever, but on November 23rd Blackcomb opened.

Therefore, for me anyway, the season starts.

This year I will purposely not ride until December as I have dislocated my shoulder, not by crashing but by a simple fall, each of the last two years riding on opening week.

Anyway, who is ready to ride once Cypress opens in a month?

Once the hill opens I'll be there almost every day and then Blackcomb/Big White/Sun Peaks/Apex/Crystal or Silver Star for the weekend.

I'm also planning a trip to Colorado for a week to ride there as well.

Me and about 6-7 friends have Season's passes to Blackcomb, after exams we're going to be heading up there at least once a week. We should meet up if you're gonna be up, or maybe even carpool up there if you need a ride.

Whistler is the best mountain ever???

You must try some of resorts in the interior. The powder and snow there puts Whistler to shame.

Big White and Fernie are my favourite places to ride.
