Yzerman out Lecavalier in

well theres nothing you can do about it but i think yzerman would be better for the team, i just hope lecavalier plays up to his talent level for this tourny he has some huge shoes to fill.

I think Yzerman would at this point not help the team. He would only hold the team back, especially with his play deteriorating.

Yes he is a born leader, but with his eye injured, and the chance of his knee being torn again.

I think lecavalier deserves this chance

^^ i agree that his play is not what it used to be but lacavalier can play like shit too hes either on or hes not at least if yzerman wasnt getting points he would still be a leader on and off the ice just playing with a yzerman on ur line is enough raise your level of play, but if lacavalier shows up to play he will be more effective then stevy.

I think it's a good thing. I love stevie Y, but he is playing on some extremely bad knees. He's the epitimy of a complete hockey player. Lecavalier can play on the team, but the question is he gonna be motivated enough?? I guess Mario can give him a kick in the ass or something
