Computer help please...again

so once again my noobie computer skills has come to the point where im puzzled again

so i have these 90 twenty minute video files and i want to burn them all onto cd's so i can watch them on a dvd player? how do i burn them? ok yea im stuck

dont i have to do some kind of converting first? If i just burn it straight it wont work if i put it in the dvd player.

if u dont have a dvd burner, good luck trying to burn video files to play on ur dvd player.

yah you have to have a dvd burner, but if you don't have a dvd burner you could just burn it onto a regular cd and then that way you could delete them off your computer so it doesn't take up such mongo space and your comp with run smoothly, that way when you wanted to watch em you could just pop in the cd and watch it on your computer.

So nice. So easy. Once you learn how to use it.

You need to find some software for VCD or SVCD (I recommend SVCD) encoding. I don't know what works for Win. See sig for details.

you can burn SVCD's directly to a cd and watch it on your dvd player from a regular cdrw. Though it is usualy 2cd's as opposed to 1 DVD. :)

I have a couple of my favorite's on 2cd's. It's a pain in the ass.

so long as you don't have a super shitty dvd player, it should play vcd/svcd's.

or you can buy a dvd-burner. stringbeans just bought one for like $90 or something. heh
