Do you share your files?

Well here is the big question, do you guys share your files when using your p2p programs, if you use them?

I use KaZaa Lite (Ollllld School Version) and Soulseek once in awhile... as I'm on dial-up I don't share. If I take my Tower to my friends place with ADSL I do.

Of course, that's how the network works, so why the hell would you want to hoard the music (or whatever else) to yourself.

I do, however, limit the number of uploads that can be going on at one time.

I run a couple fo different programs for P2P sharing.
Hotmail
Bit Torrent
emule

I don't share...now before you go off on a tangent here I do have a legitimate reason for not sharing. My network houses a fair amount of confidential information and to get through my firewall alone to download a couple of tracks or video's or software is a pretty big hassle. If people were pinging my computer repeatedly then my network settings will automatically shut off all internet/network connections until an admin can investigate and re open ports. It's all in the name of security!

yea i share. since people are nice enough to share their files enabling me to get the hot shit then why not do it in return. it doesnt really take any effort on my side anyways.
