Breaking News! Stand off in Penticton!

I just got off the phone with my Grandma and she told me that her neighbour across the street is hold up in his apartment with a gun. This is happening in Penticton. Traffic is backed up all the way to Summerland (relative if you know the area).

She had to call me back cause she heard gun fire! She heard to shots, so either they were firing tear gas or he was shooting. He hasn't come out yet and they can't see any gas, so it was most likely him shooting.

This is happening 20 feet away from their house. She is phoning my every 5 minutes, so I will keep you people posted too.

Meh, nothing ever came of it... he surrendered shortly after I made the thread.

My Grandma and Grandpa own Lakeridge Homes on Railroad Avenue (I think it is avenue). They kind of have a loft above the place. They actually live in Keremeos but if they have a hard day they jsut crash there. Right across from the sales lot, there is a row of apartments and that's where the guy was hold up.

Anyway, it's Ken and Lorna Wilson, so if you wanna stop in, tell them Kyle sent you. Some of you seem to know Penticton, so you may know where I am talking about.
