ok so what do they do if they see the water change color to purple around you?...haul you out and scold you?....and wouldnt this cause panic....everyone scrambling to get out of the pool because OMG look the water is purple over there?

it's a very faint purple, not like a hard dye color.
if you know what to look for you can spot it, and ask the person kindly to leave..
