Their stuff is definitely nice...the ladies non-leather collection is great, but it's not really "me".

As for the hats, knp caps the wholesaler where most of Vancouver and Western Canada gets their blank hats, then they embroider or screenprint them. Ones that are already done, Westbeach has cool ones, Plenty always has lots of originals, Below the Belt (but that's a given), and again, for plain hats there's always Hip Hop Connection in Metrotown, or Cherry Bomb, Bang-On, etc.

art - drawing\painting mostly. and if i fall in love with an artist work i tend to devour all the information i can on them and their chosen genre.

English Romantic Lit, Edo Tokugawa Japan, Western Art (Renaissance-Modern more just theories and backgrounds..I myself am not a great artist), Hip hop, books I've enjoyed (or even hated!), events in history, politics (follow them very closely), Sweden's successful model of democratic socialism, Ayn Rand and her whacky ideas...

I guess for work, I know a ton about the way that the Medical Services Plan in the province works- which is funny because I think that most of BC doesn't know a lot about it, but it's mandatory for all residents to be part of it.
