Easy.
The key to having fun:
1 rusty spoon
1 neighbors kid
1 long rope
1 small peice of duct tape (you don't want the kid screaming and ruining your fun)

Grab the kid. Tape his mouth shut. Tie him / her up. Suspend them from the roof or balcony. Grab the rusty spoon. Dig in. Time to make some art!
