Humans used to be lactose intolerant (hundreds or thousands of years ago). Now it seems most have adapted to drinking the stuff.

why wouldn't you be able to? a lot of different cultures eat a lot of things we'd considered nuts. why would horse milk be any different?

the only thing I'd worry about is having an allergic reaction.
