I talk to my computer and ipod all the time. . But I never realy thought to name them. . . I guess they do deserve names, they treat my pretty well. . .
I shall call my computer piikki (finnish for thorn) and my ipod gelu (latin for frost)

My brother named my parents' computer Trogdor when he installed XP Pro.

Mine is TECHNICALLY called Laptop3, but I call it "The Beast" (it's a PII, 350mHz with 128MB ram), or more often "The Spaceship" (The laptop is a Compaq Armada M700, and it's a Zim reference).

When I reformat I plan on renaming it "Gir"....
