i agree. most call centres have the most in-convinnent hours. 9am-2pm? like wtf?!?!?!

if your calling MSP...good luck. last time i called, i was on hold for 45 min.

You haven't figured out that CALLING any sort of Government Office is a waste of time whatsoever? The only way to get shit done with them is going to their Office, leaning over the desk and grabbing the Tie of the Pencil Neck little Geek and telling them what you want. :) I've dealt with the Department of National Defense excessively and man... you want frustrating, deal with them. Take regular Government jargon and throw in Acronyms and so many Numbers you'll wanna puke... that and Triplicate Forms for EVERYTHING.
