JUsT THOUGHT ID SAY FIRST OFF!! : IM GOING TO CUBA> any AMERICAN SITE WILL NOT SELL TO CUBA DUE TO THE FACT THEY ARE COMMUNISTS>

oh... well if your looking for the more clum med kinda deal.... one week, plane, all you can drink, fancy hotel... my sites wont help :P

Check out Flight centre wich has great deals! Just go around asking places about the cheeper time to go(when its not the wet season lol) tell them your lokign for deals. Get quotes on prices too! Last time I did that, sta droped the other price over $50.
