I just saw the two hottest chicks at the skytrain while meeting my friend... it looked like they were going out clubbing. both wearing low rise pleated skirts and reavealing tops. Yes it looks good, but "Hello it's fucking cold outside!" and these two are pushing mid august.

I made a point that they needed jackets.

Young girls do have a hard time w/ this one.

Last year I was downtown wearing jeans, a hoodie, a jacket, gloves, hat and a scarf and I was still cold. Then I saw two 14/15 year old girls in mini skirts and their jakets zipped up just low enough to I could see some tits.

Is something wrong w/ me or them? I say them. Maybe they just don't feel things.
