Name that Hurricane

So I don't know if anyone noticed my recent sig.. it's a bit of comedy from a very funny guy named Lewis Black.

Well I just found a whole bunch of info on the subject of hurricane naming. Here's the link:

Truth is actually funnier than fiction! For one thing, apparently the only difference between a hurricane, typhoon and cyclone is their location on a map. And apparently names are used until a hurricane does significant damage, and then they're RETIRED!

Now on the one hand you can see this as sparing people who suffered through these nasty storms from having to revisit their memories of them.. but isn't this somewhat akin to retiring the jersey number of a player who's had a great career? Congratulations Ivan! You've made the:

Hurricane Hall of Fame!
