I find it funny how I have been saying for five years that I want to move to Vancouver, and I haven't even been here ( before now) for 3 1/2 years. I wanted to be here by August, but everyone said " it rains all the time in Vancouver".

Meanwhile..it was such a good summer in Van, and we didn't even really get one in Calgary. Then I get here on Saturday and its nice...but all week long, it has rained nonstop. And its been ok in Calgary. So you guys can blame it on me. Apparently, shitty weather likes me. lol

Maybe next week it will warm up? Either way, it will be waaaaaaay warmer here than back in calgary soon. It already snowed at the end of August!Its gonna snow again for sure in October and have highs of like 5 degrees and dip below zero. SO when its crappy and cold here, I try compare it to Alberta and it makes me feel better :)

haha, i know the feeling.. i swear that the last couple of days worth of rain were after me (and i was cycling just to top it off).. it would rain non stop while i was biking.. then i'd lock up my bike and go inside for a bit.. come back out and it had stopped raining (and by the looks of it.. a long time).. so i'd get back on and go to the next destination.. and the moment i unlock my bike, again it would rain down on me.. this happend for 2 days straight

bah!

oh well.. i love the rain anyways.. just not on good clothes :(
