ps> I talked to ICBC reps, and I have consulted my lawyer...only remedy for me is to take civil action...ICBC will cover my remedies through the other persons insurance...I was not targeting the man personally, but his insurance company. HE is liable, not me.

2000-2002/3 ford f150's suck ass. why do you think they redesigned the whole fucking thing and made such a big deal about it?
i've been there when one of these trucks gets written off. they are totally whack. and i've seen the institute of highway safety's head on collision test. the doors completely buckle and cause a big enough gap for a person's upper body to shoot out of.

I just got in a car accident tonight!
Some stupid punk ass kid rear-ended me, I just got a new car like 2 weeks ago too...and I'm supposed to drive to Seattle and then up to see you crazy people in Vancouver this weekend, haha :p Long story short, he was an ass, didn't have his registration, "lost" my insurance I gave him to copy, and so I called the cops and made him wait there w/his friend in the car for an hour and a half. My upper body kinda hurts, so I'm going to the doctor tomorrow, and taking full advantage of his insurance paying for a rental car for me so I can take my car in. Hopefully I can claim pain and suffering, and get some money for this. Scandalous!
