Given this situation:

You are 30 stories up in an office tower and there is a bomb with 10 seconds left on it. You are looking out a window and you also have a loaded gun in hand.

Basically a no win situation. (Yes you sucked as James Bond :n: )

So what do you do?

Me? I'd jump.

Why? I always wanted to try and fly.

I'm not going to randomly jump out of a building unless I know its really comming down in full. Otherwise I slide down the elevator shaft being that the elevator structure is designed to handle such abuses.

Extra details for you geeks:

1) Bomb is big enough to make sure you die.
1.5) Bomb will explode as you are no where near smart enough to deactivate it.
1.75) Shooting the bomb will make it explode.
2) Closest female is a Sears WetVac.
3) Closest male is Snyx.
4) Gun is a Glock 17 with a full clip of 9mm.
5) Window is big enough even for your fat ass to get through.
6) Asking these questions via text messaging and receiving a reply took 5 seconds.

So with 5 seconds left... what do you do?

Well emptying the clip into a few people then jumping would be my option. I'd try and fly as fast as I could through the air.

ok you are going to die...you have three different ways to choose to die...shoot yourself...jump....or explode.....

I myself would jump, one last thrill, and incredible adrenaline (SP?) rush. would be the nicest way to end things if I had no other choice

Where is the building located? If its by a river, I'd Bail into the river :)

If no river, ID try to jump onto the rooftop of another building...it thats the scenario...and its not more than 10 meters distance from where I am.

If there are a bunch of people with me, I presume there are, we would all lift the bomb and chuck it out the window.

If no other buildings or river or other people with me, Id have to use my secret ninja skills to fly to safety.

i would jump out the window, gun firmly in hand, and shoot the gun downwards as i fall, effectively slowing my rate of decent enough to survive.

Shoot two people.. grab some tape off a desk and tape the two bodies together. then jump out the window with the two bodies beneath me. I'm not sure if one person would be enough to soften your landing but two hopefully obese people would do the trick.

I'd probably grab the gun and jump out the window. After I got bored of falling, or close to the ground, I'd just blow my head off. That way, I don't have to concern myself with the burning question of "what does landing at terminal velocity feel like?"
