thats what i thought rite away. looked like he was frozen or something

but newayz seeing these pics once again reminds me of how lucky we are to live in this day of age. I cannot imagine living back in the day of ww1, ww2 or any other wars from the past.

Would also like to give a big salute to all the people who died fighting for our fredom. I thank you all

Yeah, it's always good to have this kind of a reminder to remember those who gave everything for our freedom.

Most of these guys were just kids. Here I am concerned with music and girls and money when those guys were just concered about being able to see tommorow.

Couldn't imagine being there. In some ways I wish I could have been there just to have seen it because now it seems almost like a dream. It was so long ago and a war of that size seems so unreal and horiffic to me.

Always show veterans respect and always remember...

Wicked post i've always bin intersted in the story's my grandfather has told me from when he was fighting on the western front especially d-day. Nice pics.

Yeah man, sweet post. The landing pic is craziness, but the birds eye pics of the bombers destroying shit and airplanes flying in formation are just unreal.

I think it's kinda interesting to think about it in a different perspective. Imagine living in europe and see'ing, for the first time, THAT MANY armed paratroopers landing in your home. Scary shit.
