Does Anyone Actually Like Starbucks Coffee?

I don't mind their capacino's but the coffee they brew is shit.

So besides the frapacinos and other fancy drinks does anyone like their normal coffee?

as an aside: my friends bf had a $15/day starbucks habit that actually led to him sleeping with the starbucks girl. coffee peddlers are hos.....any present company excluded of course.

i live off 1 venti americano every morning at 10:30am. Then another at noon. Then another at 2:30pm. Then sometimes one after school/work.

Starbucks puts crack in their coffee. If I don't have one by 10:30am I get a really really bad headache.

I'm not big on fancy drinks...sometimes (verrrrrrrrry rarely) I'll treat myself, but normally I just drink regular drip coffee

I might be biased but ya I don't like the taste of their coffee's ever. People are right they taste burnt. Some of their speciality drtinks are pretty sweet though

starbucks coffee equals instant anxiety/panic attack for me. I sware to god there is some kind of legal crack in that shit OTHER than caffeine.

So to answer your question, considering I have to get any coffe type drink there made de-caffeinated, and non-dairy (including the chocolate, and meaning no whipped cream...) it sure as hell is not worth paying close to ten bucks for.

the drinks i do like from starbucks aren't coffee. and quite frankly, when i want something cold that's sweet i'd rather have a slurpee.

personally i drink coffee socially, so my cup or two a week i prefer to get it from a proper european establishment. (roma bar on commercial) is where i get my coffee.

Blendz and Starbucks make shit ass coffee for too much $$. Every now and then i'll go have a coffee with someone, but otherwise, bugger 'em both.
I have a bean grinder and drip pot at home. In the last 6 months i've disovered jerktasticly good coffee, Ethical Bean. Their hippy policies aside, their coffee is amaaaaaaaaazing.

I like their regular coffee -- its a morning ritual, I guess. I buy their beans too sometimes. I agree it has a somewhat burnt taste to it, which I like.

to like starbucks, you must understand starbucks... be one with starbucks..

for example when i used to work there they showed"brainwashed" me that over roasted coffee is dellicious.

Yeah Starbucks sucks ass. The coffee is too strong, even when you get the mild blend. Proves that a catchy name and comfortable furniture really is important. Yay for BLENZ.

i like starbucks special things, but thing with coffee is i started to drink it so young that now whenever i drink just normal coffee or anything that isnt a frap i guess my stomach just eats itself, like bad gutrot after a night of partying. so coffee is almost over for me, i feel like im 50.
