i'm an artist. i have some work in my gallery, but its mostly unfinished peices.
and i also have many artist friends who would love to sell peices as well. we could decorate you're place in a snap.

virtually all of the restaurants and cafes on main street, and many on commercial drive also function as galleries for local artists. Its worth taking an afternoon and poking your head in all of them to have a look.

i really like the idea of local artists being able to display their wares in local restaurants and whatnot. it's a good idea that benefits everyone. i live pretty far away tho, so taking a stroll to main street isn't really an option at this time.

thanks. i do the same sort of thing now, just with white and other colors and more imagery.
anywho how far away is far? pm me if youd like to see pictures of other local artists work from my school. i highly recommend all of it. im going to be taking tons of pictures this week at the college.

emily carr's student show is coming up soon.. either late nov or early dec. all original pieces and some of work is amazingly impressive..and you know that the money ure payin will be goin to a student of the school. definatley a good place to snag some good decos.
