If I had to pick one mountain in the interior to ride it would be Sun Peaks.

Wicked, wicked grooming and they have these blue runs that are full on race courses. Wanna play chicken with Monther Nature? Go to Sun Peaks.

I do want to try Fernie and Powder King this year but it is quite the drive.

Prince George is a LONG drive, especially in winter. I guess you could probably fly up and rent a car though?

Any of you ever hit up White Water (Nelson B.C.) or Red Mountain (Rossland) before? Both killer mountains with no traffic. Last time up at White Water it snowed 3 feet during the week I was there but cleared up almost every day. We would drive into the parking lot around 10am and there was usually 5 other cars. No one seemed to bother getting up there till noon and through the day they seemed to have 100 cars tops.
