shipping vinyl
Hey !
This is my first time mailing vinyl out so I just wanted to get some tips as per what the best way to do this is- where can i find appopriate sized envelopes or small boxes for sale (other than the post office?) any good/bad experiences doing this with canada post? I'm likely going to use a courier, but I wanted to check my options.

use pieces of cardboard, cut 4 squars 2 just bigger then the vinyl and cut the other two squars 2 inchs bigger. then tape and stapple.

oh ya and i get all of my vinyl from overseas so it all comes by post, ive gotten hundreds in and only had 1 order showed up bent, lucky for me it was just 1 vinyl.

DO NOT, for any reason whatsoever, place your vinyl into the hands of any courrier affiliated in any way with greyhound transportation.
i work for them, i see what happens to people's belongings, (provided that they show up) they aren't protected from the elements at all...they're left on skids outside in the snow and rain, thrown, dropped, and get soaking wet at transfer points. today a box of dish detergent leaked all over like 15 other boxes, and soaked into everything. keep your vinyl safe, keep it out of the hands of my company.
