Well -10 worked for me. This makes no sense.

So uh, just figure out which option actually works to make your time display correctly and leave it at that? ;)
Oh I see about the AM/PM thing. I just saw the number was correct and was happy with that.

Set it to +3.

Actually, yeah. The clock on the FNK server isn't set properly. Not only the hour but the minutes. I'm just going to go by the clock, since the posts use 'x mintues ago' and not a set time.
