Looks like Bush & Cheney Will win re-election for 04

Ouch so it comes down to 254 Electoral votes for Bush and 242 for Kerry at the moment with a few states left.

The key State being Ohio which Kerry must win, if he had a shot at the Presidency, unfortunately it isnt possible ..its very close like bush is ahead only by about 150 thousand votes...

the only reason they are delaying announcing the winner is because the Democrats ( Kerry ) want to do a recount and also to add the provisional ballots,,,which could in total be around 175 thousand uncounted votes so the only way Kerry could win is if out of those 175 thousand votes that 90% of them are in his favour which is like impossible..

Basicaly 4 more years of Bush ahead for the US.

Im shocked Bush got like over half of the Popular vote in the US, something like 53% of the people that voted, did vote for him ..Bill Clinton didnt even get that majority, during his two terms as president.

in my opinion, I find it fucking appalling that Bush got over 20% of the pop vote, let alone over 50% ... absolutely fucking disgusting... you'd think people would LEARN!

It's over. I supported Kerry but what's done is done.

I still think that not counting the military votes and provisional vote was a mistake. It probably wouldn't have made a differance, but still says to people that your vote isn't very important.

I live in california (which is primarily democrat), believe me, all the americans here are far more depressed/upset then you are.

We think that we should just cut out the middle of the united states, and leave the east and west coasts to vote!

There is a bright side, bush can't run anymore after this, *hopefully* this is the last four years that we see from the bush family.

There's already talk of his brother Jeb Bush (Governer of Florida) for the '08 Republican ticket.
