Most new email viruses totally fake the sender so that doesn't mean much. Have a virus scanner (duh) don't use outlook express (duh), and dont even touch emails from people you don't know and you'll probably do fine..

I had the most annoying Virus on my computer. It was called Bloodhound or something like that. When I logged on to my XP account, it would be stable for about 5 mins and then it would cause an error with the LSA Shell. Then, lsass.exe would be terminated and the system would authorize a shutdown. It would count down from a minute and then restart, there was nothing you could do. The process would be repeated everytime you logged onto an account.
It was just annoying, because you would be in the middle of downloading or installing an update to fix it and then it would just shutdown. Thankfully, I got fast enough and knew where I needed to go, so I finally got the update downloaded and installed. Now I can rest easy that I have MSN and FNK working again...:kissy:
