I have mono like symptoms; soar throat, tired....but I don't think I could get mono again, I've already had it. Anyhow I booked off work for a couple of days to recover! yiP

I'm still getting over my strep throat. I got it over 3 weeks ago now. Fuck it really really sucks. I hate the rundown feeling!

Mono has a 10 day incubation peroid, which means that NO symptoms show up until AT LEAST 10 days after you contract the virus.

Simply put, there is no way you could have caught the mono virus at Simple and have symptoms already.

Really? I wasn't sure about the incubation period, but there you go.

I just thought that knowing this soon (blood tests usually take a couple days at least, before you get results) seemed sketchy. Gotta love when people just assume they know what they have, without being sure. ;)

i got my blood test on tuesday, received the results wednesday. and it is possible for it to show up in such a short period of time, just not very likely. maybe i didnt get it at simple, but its odd that so many people who were there have it now, so i assumed.
and dont you think i would be out doing something right now if i didnt have it?
