I have the bestest mom in the world! She treats me and talks to me like i'm an adult. I've seen lots of moms of my friends that still treat their adult children like little kids.
I'm glad me and my mom have a friendship. And i'm glad i sit down to dinner with my parents because I want to. Not because they make me.

it's funny because my mom and i get in a lot of arguments because we're both really stubborn and like to be right all the time.
but as soon as i get frustrated, stressed, or angry, she's one of the only people that can help me calm down.

^i had just finished researching some stuff for a final and was just about to study for another..it was crazy loud..

My mom rocks.
We never, ever got along until I was like 16, since then, everything has been awesome. We cook together, go shopping together, we even go to the BAR together! She's done everything for me, and would do anything for me, and I love her to pieces! That and she's SO HILARIOUS. And Erin, I totally understand what you mean by your mom treating you like an adult and not a child. My mom and I are more like friends that mother/daughter, she treats me like she treats her friends, and gives me the respect I deserve as a hard-working, independent adult.

me and my mom are alot alike,we even look alike too.
For the most part we get along good but when we fight its fucking brute!But nonetheless my moms pretty fucking rad for putting up with all my bullshit,and always being a constant in my life no matter how many times I fucked up. I take my mom for granted,and Im working on changing that. Hopefully it`ll be different before its too late you know? big ups me mom.<3
