On-Deck is...

a record shop with a large fashion section (which carry some pimp modern urban clothing brands), and they're also a ticket outlet. I'm not sure if you knew what Futuristic Flavor was, but... they're basically the same thing. I go there to pick up my shit and to check out flyers. If there's a record you want online, but you don't wanna get together an entire mail-order, just call them and ask them to add it into their order. it'll save you loads, and they're cool people.
