this is the first time i've tried to quit.

i haven't bought a pack since mid november, and i've only smoked a handful of cigarettes since then.

i don't even crave them when i'm drinking anymore...and last night i tried to smoke and i couldn't even get through half of one.

I been free of my tar addiction for about 9 months now. It gets easy after the 6th month or so. Its ok to slip just dont fall. Just keep at it and you will be gald you did thats forsure. Good luck.
