be safe this new years~ too many people end up in situations that put them at serious risk.

moderate yourself. just because it's new years doesn't mean you should be irresponsible. know what you're doing and plan ahead.

Raves on new years, in vancouver, get shut down. period. some times people get lucky and go all night, but that's very VERY rare. don't be surprised if you're told to get in your car and drive just as you're peeking. for that reason, a back up plan is essential.

over the last 5 years, i've watched police shove kids into cars who could barely stand up. they were told to drive or face charges, even though the kids pleeded for a chance to sober up a bit first.

know what you're consuming. the last thing we need is people making uneducated choices about drugs they take (ie: dosage).

i really hope everyone has a fantastic new years in what ever they choose.

for me, i'm off to victoria to spend time with some friends at a little rave. after 4 years of trying to rave on new years in vancouver, i've given up. i've been to the biggest NYE parties, and the most underground private raves. they have all been shut down. fuck it~ vancouver pisses me off. i'm hoping victoria will fare a bit better.

anyone attending Voich Nyder, come say hi~ i'll be there with Nigel, Pricesses Tupperware and Oxide, among others.

a good way to avoid road blocks is to just not drink and drive at all.
