Buying a new computer for production?

If you are considering a new computer I have some advice for you. Do not get an Alienware.

I am going through this right now and boy do I regret it.

If you want a computer for production purposes, I'd recommend a mac.
They cost more, but you can only run Logic on macs. Also, macs tend to run well. They may cost more, but they're worth it.
