It's going to be a long day at work today....
wow, with all this snow in chilliwack, its fucking crazy and its just still given er, like 15 people have called in sick today on my "contract" out of like the 70 agents, right now, there are 30 calls in the cue, which is a lot, ask wizzfish, and hey jeff, if you read this, are you coming in today, even tho the abby-chilliwack highway is closed, but hey, we get free coffee

i normally help around 60-70 customers.. today: 150 we had every agent we could get, people will be staying thru the night, i'll most likely be in as early as 6am tomorrow morning until ????? and then again on sunday and called in early on monday i didnt stop today...hardly had time to pee, had to hang up on some people cause they were taking too long... alone in one part of bc the minimum amount of customers we had with no power: 20,000 ya it was just a lil insane

HA! I didn't have to talk to ANY customers on Friday.
Rotating 12 sets of 20 inch rims off Hemi Ram trucks kept me busy and sore on Friday.
