Explain to me THIS
If you are a skeptic, you will probably find DEJA-VU to be completely scientifically explainable through some sort of brain re-triggering, sending messages twice, thinking that you have seen this before, but not actually having a psychic experience.
Well, you should change your view after hearing this.......LORI STORY.... WHICH ROAD DO YOU TAKE.... So, I am up at my best friends cabin, I have never been there before and in fact, I remember having had a dream and finally recognizing what the dream had been about. I had a very vivid dream about one month prior to even making arrangments to go here, and finally, it was coming together. These thoughts were in the back of mind, as I had been having continuous encounters with my deja-vu all within a three month period. My only hope, was that I would be able to prove to myself that these dreams were IN FACT a scope of the future and not just some freak happening of "deja-vu". The chances of a situation in which you can deffinately make certain that your deja-vu was real was absolutely unthinkable.....so my story begins. I'm totally tired from the road trip getting to the cabin and my friend Sarah is totally hyped... "So, Lori? Do you want to go and roast marshmellows at my mom's friends place? It's just like, ten minutes away and we'll be there even faster if we run!" "Yeah, ok." We start walking down the driveway and I get this flash of deja-vu, intense enough to stop me in my tracks, but Sarah keeps walking. "Lori....are you coming?" "Woh dude....I've dreamed this before." My memory flashes ~* I see myself walking down this exact path with Sarah right beside me...and at the end of the driveway, we take the road going to the right. In my dream, I think nothing of it, because Sarah is leading me to a place I haven't been before. We come to a basketball court and she starts whaling and laughing. ~"*Hahaha! I took you the wrong way!! Now we have to walk all the way back, it was actually the other way!! Heheh*"~ I am standing there on the driveway, with a very skeptical face, looking at Sarah and wondering what the fuck kind of game is she trying to play on me. She proceeds walking, and goes in the direction that in my dream proved to be the totally wrong way and a really annoying joke. "Dude," I say to her,"I don't have time for this shit, I'm too tired. That isn't the way to your mom's place....you are tricking me." "No, this is the way...." "No, Sarah, I've dreamed this before...I know you're gonna trick me and laugh at me and when we get to the basketball courts you will unvail the REAL way to the house! WOW....you are so annoying!" I laugh. And she's like woah.... So we take the right way, no fucking around....;P It also turns out that the basketball courts were there too. Pretty cool eh? The way I look at deja vu is sort of like a signpost.
You've _already_ seen it in a dream/vision. So, then to experience it tells you that you are exactly where you're supposed to be at that particular time in the cosmos. Frosty (Quite often, actually)
