That's truely horrible :( Some people seriously need to grab some morals.
Atleast they didn't take your records... and by the sounds of it little else. This is the reason I don't like a lot of people at my place, knowing where I live, what I have, when I'm home. Call me parinoid but I think I'm just cautious.

ya.. i pretty much feel like someone took my babies.. i know thinks could be alot worse... like i couldve been home when they came in... and they couldve taken my comp..tv.. ect.... but this is fucked up.. i worked so fucking hard to buy those tables... i waited so fucking long to have my own... and now its all gone....... :(

ven i love ya girl, im more glad you weren't home when this happened. its definatley haunting to think that someone was in your house in your private space without knowing. i know how much the tables meant to you...well to all of us... they're our baby, something we all cherish a lot. we'll find the tables and do everything we can. talk to your landlord, neightbor and roommate and get the full scope. to get all that gear from ure place to downstairs, that would take at least 3 trips (thinking its one guy). post paper around asking if anyone seen anything..even from the building across from you.

Hmmm if there's no signs of forced entry, it's possible that it's someone you know. I know how shitty it is though. My car got broken into right in front of my house, took a bunch of stuff. Not as expensive as yours, but I was PISSED. I can only imagine how pissed you are with what you lost.

The person/people that did this clearly knew that Venita had these tables and my mixer. I find it ironic that they really took nothing else other than the DJ equipment and some other electronics that was easy to grab and in plain site. Turntables are fucking awkward and heavy to carry around so clearly the people had this realtively thought out.
If the fuckers that took her shit are reading this, if I find out who you are you're done. Punk ass bitches.

My placed got broken into last year & they took my brand new computer, maybe it was someone I knew. Sooner or later almost everyone has a break-in.
I have extra security things now, its a pain: - buzzer alarms on windows - door locks that need a key on both sides (then they need to leave through a window maybe taking less stuff) - keep most window blinds closed at all times - stronger doors that can't be kicked open - security bar on sliding patio door - security cables on valuable items - leave lights and music on when we're not at home

someone mustve had a key to go through TWO doors (and one of them is a 50% chance of getting your key stuck in) and also know that two ppl weren't home. it is quite fishy.

The door was locked, no forceful entry no windows smashed and you live on the second floor. YOu and bob are the only ones who have keys.. So unless you didnt lock your door then I have no idea how the person who took them got in and out. they must've made two trips unless there was two HEARTLESS BASTARDS. I hope the thieves get into a car accident and die from aids.

Well on the bright side you have a whole network of friends that are keeping an eye out for you. And the fact that it was not forced entry narrows down the search a bit. Were the locks changed before you moved in? PS: GET NEW LOCKS!!!! Just make a list of everyone that has been in your house since you got the decks. Does your roommate have people over a lot too? And do you both know them well? Also is anyone that lives in your building seem like the type to steal. Or just hurting for some extra cash? I mean your decks could have not even left the building. Is it a different key for both doors? I assume you have an outside door and then your apartment key. Just think of everything that person had to go through to get to your decks.
