avatar/display pic help

k again i'm stupid and don't know how to do something. i have some pictures that i'm wanting to put into my profile and make my avatar but they are too big so me being not all knowledgeable with computers i was wondering if i could get some help from all you brilliant people out there :)

how do you make it 150X150, obviously mine are too big for it so is there some way to shrink it?

umm i have a program that came with my sis's digital. Hp Photo & Image Director??? think that might work?

It should.. perphaps. I'm not to fimiliar with with any programs that come with digicams.. Idont even use mine heh.

ok so luckly enough i open it up and open up the picture i want and click on image and underneath that menu it has resize. BUT ..... when i resize the picture to 100 pixels and then try to put it on fnk it doesn't work, tho i can adjust the width and height so do you know what to set those at?

they are currently at Width:8.13

adding avatars is easy;

1) resize your current back to full so it wont fit
2) pick anything else with your clothes on
3) download a free program like this one
4) update accordingly

i got this great program for resizing pics its called MICROSOFT PAINT.
maybe win2000/millenium/whatever the kids are using these days, doesnt come with mspaint
maybe you newbs got screwed with your up-to-date windows
maybe you really are as dumb as you seem to be

try downsizing to windows98
im gonna go resize pics just to rub it in your face.
