For me its a post that makes me look and notice.Noticing can be for a number of different reasons including laughing, intelligence or just an interesting post to read that doesnt make you feel like your just wasting away 3 precious moments of your life..

Whenever I feel like saying something karma-worthy.

I've been over this a few times. My whole theory on karma is that it's like whispering in the middle of a conversation... still relating to the thread itself, but short and small enough that it's only for the sender and receiver.

I got many bad karma for starting a karma (repost) thread too. So if you got the negative karma..I could understand why. Karma threads should get shut down :(
