I never used to celebrate my birthday so I usually stayed out all night just to avoid everyone.
This one time I got home and my sister and my g/f waited for me to arrive home and presented me with a cupcake with a candle in it and a t-shirt then proceeded to sing 'Happy Birthday'. Was a nice moment.

i had these elephant hair bracelets and i broke both of them at work so i coudln't wear them anymore. really sucked cause i couldn't find a new one cause they're from africa. either way, for christmas aaron found them on the internet and ordered one over from africa!
a couple months ago i was at the gym and after my work out aaron was supposed to meet up with me. he came to the gym and brought me sushi for dinner! that was pretty sweet. or on boxing day when he took me on a shopping spree! or when he gave me money to go drinking with my friends when i didn't have any! or when he bussed all the way too the cold beer and wine store late at night too get me gin for gin and gingers! all those times he picked me up from downtown late at night after clubbing! all the dinners he takes me out too! oh yea, and when he bought new dressy clothes just to dress up for my family dinner! he does a lot for me, i love him very much! :D i need to start figuring something out for valentines day :/ little pay back for everything hes done for me, and all the shit he puts up. we're broken up now but the best thing she did for me was let me let go of her =( sad moment, but i don't want to ruin the happy vibe so second best thing she did for me was baked me a pie just out of the blue and told me i could have the whole thing to eat myself. t'was a good pie. 1. i think the best gift someone can give is one that is made by their own hands 2. i love food=)

oh man so many things.... like when he let me take his car, and then someone hit me, and fucked it up BAD, and there was like 3000 $$ worth of damage, and he still wasn't mad at me at all...
like when he brings me pink cookies because he knows i love them. like when he scoops me up from work, and we stop by this coffee shop to get tea and goodies, and we take a blanket out to the park and watch the sunset and take pictures... or when he rides the bus with me and gets off at my stop jus so he can say goodbye, and walks the rest of the 10 blocks to where he has to go. or when he wakes up really early and leans over and gives me kisses till i wake up and tells me to watch the sunrise. *swoon* this pic we took on the bus one morning he rode into work with me. it was beautiful.

i made a quilt for the boyfriend for his birthday. it took me three months, and in the center theres a big turntable. it was to match the record pillow i made previously. over the two years, lots of cookies, a turntable cake, and i embroidered a white t-shirt with the word "funk" i took a book about austrailia and turned it into a book about him and austrailia.
what hes done: 1. when we first started going out, i had my tonsils taken out. the day after surgery i was sick, in stupid amounts of pain, and looked like shit. he came over, and when he got there i couldnt handlt the pain anymore and had to go to the doctor, he came with. spent the rest of the day and evening with me. 2. after giving me canvases and all the oil paints a girl like me could need, he proceeded to read off something he had written for me, AND he made a drawing on it. 3. boots from holt renfrew. 4. endless hours of sitting through my being upset\sad. and then endless days of putting up with craziness of pms. 5. supporting me 100% when it comes to school\art.

Well heres just a few nice things hes done for me:
-He took me to Cancun for a week -Bought me countless things that I love -Plays Adam Sandler-Grow old with you whenever I'm mad -Got my doggies hair cut and brought her down to my work to surprise me(she even had little bow pigtails) -Once when I was very angry and I couldn't make it home to talk to him before he had to leave, I got home and there were little notes stuck everywhere around the house saying "I love you"(soo many of them) -nicest thing hes done is stood by my side when I went through some really hard times, even when I'm being a bitch

I was in the hospital after a car accident while my lady was working in Florida, and had been gone about a month, and was not due back for a couple more, and I was really down on my luck, and was in a lot of pain with a lot of broken bones, all I needed was her.
I was laying in the hospital bed when I got a cup full of chocolates and such that had a picture of eeyore on it, and a nurse said someone brought it for me. Then she came in the room with a rose.. I think about that almost every day. Last edited by neoh; Feb 07, 05 at 06:22 PM.

My boyfriend is incredibly sweet and thoughtful :027:
He takes me out for dinner all the time. Gets his rowdy/drunk friends to shut up while I'm driving us all home from the club (I don't like to drink so I'm almost always DD). Made a really cute birthday present for me in the summer. Sprays my wrist with his cologne after I've been at his house (if I'm not staying over) so I can fall asleep with the smell of him. Makes me countless breakfasts in bed. Gives great massages. Buys me flowers "just cause". Passed up going out sometimes so he would be home when I called him from Australia. Called me in Aus to say happy birthday. Bought me reaaaally thoughtful/personal Christmas presents. Compliments me constantly. He is one of the most considerate and thoughtful people I know. And I love him so much for it!

when i was 19 my gf at the time was agoraphobic.. (anxiety disorder, can't go out in public) and she made the effort to come with me to the keg for a candle lit dinner that she planned for me.. it was the most thoughtful thing that she could have done.. because of her agoraphobia she could never come out with me.. it made alot of things hard for us, she has a hard time walking around the block.. let alone come into a crowded resturaunt.. i could see that she was having a hard time, but she stuck it out needless to say she was rewarded greatly :p

oh, where do I start??
he always waits in the car makes sure I get to the door and inside my house whenever he is dropping me off. he gave up a free VIP ticket to a metallica concert to be with me on my birthday. what little money he makes from work, he tries to spend taking me out for dinners. despite having 2 nights of no sleep, he still made the effort to take me out to a fancy dinner we had been planning for weeks. he lets me sleep on his side of the bed so when I leave, his bed will smell like me. tells me everyday how smart and beautiful he thinks I am. and so so so so much more.... I don't know what I ever did to deserve him. :) --Joanne :P
