*sigh* My car

Some stupid fucking idiot at Odyssey (NEVER go to that club) backed into my car as I was pulling out of the lot. I had to stop for pedestrians, and I noticed him stop, so I looked back at the pedestrians for a while, then I hear a boom. I think he was drunk. The motherfucker never reported it, turns out it wasn't his car.

This happened like, 5 months ago, and it's getting resolved now. ICBC agreed to pay for all the damages.

Now my parents come home and tell me ICBC is only repairing the scratch on the bumper, not the whole bumper itself. When the guy at ICBC asked me if there was an accident before, I said yes (the car was in an accident before I bought it). I seriously thought that's what he meant! I've never been down there before, and everyone just said answer their questions. Blah.

It's a big piss off because in the same year, my car got broken into right in front of my house. I had to make a police report and tell ICBC about it too. I never had to go down to a claims office though.

BLAH. I just want my car back. It just sucks because it's this hard to deal with it and none of it is really my fault.

ICBC is only out to screw you like all Insurance companies. Sorry to hear about your bad luck with the Auto.

Grrr! That fucking sucks!

In my experience, I have been screwed more than helped by ICBC. They can KISS MY ASS until they fucking step up. I was in an accident a couple years ago. Two cars ran a red, one going straight and one turning left. They crashed and then one hit me and I didn't get compensated for the 2 weeks of work I missed as a result of the injuries I got from that accident. The accident was in NO WAY my fault. I was stopped at a light waiting for it to change. They both ran their light. WTF?! They said that I couldn't have gotten my injuries from the accident bc they manipulated what I said to make it sound like the car that hit me made less of an impact.

FUCKERS!

I hope everything works out for you! Good luck!
