The bourbon is the "idiot box". I had a concrete realization while looking very carefully at the people inside from the street LOL...it was a freak show, maybe it was just a few nights, but 80 percent of the people in there are dirty. HAHAha. I am queEN bitch! Tribeca is another drunk and dive*

Never been to tribeca. So the B gets my vote.
I'm sure it would either way tho.

Everytime I've been to the "bourb" has been a serious adventure! The tables are great, however the dance floor and fenced in smoking sidewalk are too small...but it doesn't matter the place is alway great!

Tribeca by a longshot. It wins for sheer cross platform use. On my lunch, any given day I can walk in, grab a beer and a wicked sandwich, while sitting in the smoking area I can sip my beer in comfort on the couch reading the daily paper. Beakbeats play softly in the background. Friendly service from Rejis himself sometimes accompanies me.

Then twisto-changeo its a Friday/Saturday, big breakbeats are bumping inside. The place is rammed with everyone I know. Not half wit biker-wannabe and tough cores. Smokin some tweed outside, bongs and hash is often passed around. Plus the general distance from the Skytrain gets me on track there or back quickly.

Service is excellent, food is fantastic, friendly faces and enjoyable tunes. This isn't as cut/paste as it seems.

I have been to the Bourbon, many a time.. I dont care for it on fri/sat evenings. I can frequent less hectic, faster servicing piss holes in coquitlam, new west, burnaby. Plus not have to showup early or wait in line late. heh/
