So I'm teaching this class...

..of 6 and 7 year olds, when all of the sudden this one kid yanks down his pants and starts shakin his stuff around and yelling "elephant"! I motioned for the boy to pull up his pants, but he refused and sat on the floor with his pants down. I guess it was good that the child was saying elephant in English lol ...*shakes head* kids these days...

hehe. this really reminds me of a once popular japanese animated t.v. show called kureyonshinchan. Shinchan (about a little kid 6/7 years old) always pulled down his pants and shouted "zousan zousan (elephant elephant)". It was his trademark. He also wore his underwear on his head and pretended he was "action kamen", a superhero, and always hit on pretty older women. It was the best funniest kids show ever.

yeah it's dirty in a north american context but it's sooo funny in a japanese context. YOU WATCHED IT TOO KENJI!? bestest cartoon ever, chibi maruko chan and ararechan was awesome too, the latter was perverted also, but ararechan played with poo on a stick... love it!

I have the mangas :)

haha arare :)

yea i used to rent alot of video's from sun video in burnaby. the whole dragonball series haha.

konan, rex and go, gundam, slam dunk, shinchan, so many cartoons. Best part all in japanese and no subtitles.

Which to me is a good thing cause i can actually understand it haha. I really like konan too because of the story. Kinda romantic too in a wierd kid gets shrunk kinda way haha.

similar experience, but i had the advantage of having both kids speak english:
im teachin swim lessons, and just before we are geting in the water i put my book down, look up at the kids and a little boy is showing a little girl (both 4) whats in his bathing suit saying "see i told you so."
i didnt have an immediate reaction, and within seconds, the situation was over. i was lucky.

i wonder if we were all like this back inour days of early childhood?
