I'm not sure, but I think you might be able to go get them at the Access Centres where you get your Driver's License.

Lola as for your care card talk to your doctor about where you can go get a new one. And your SIN card can be replaced by going back the government building place where im assuming you got it in the first place, and picking up a sheet to fill out and send it so they can send you a new card :)

i vote you stop carrying them around, get some id like bcid that's less valuable to identity thievers to carry around, and memorize the numbers of the other important shit.
saves alot of hassle in the end.
i would know, i just spent the last two days scrambling around getting my ID in order in prep for my last minute trip to Hawaii.

Yeah I have my sin number written down. I think the only thing that is hard to get is the sin. I think this is why my mother never let me have these things until I moved out. And I fucked that up already.

getting a Sin card is a massive pain in the ass you have 2 choices mail where you have to send your birth certificate + 30 bucks or wait in line at the UI office place foever really a shitty situation.

my mom did the same thing.
i only lost my birth certificate in my room.
i got a new one in 5 minutes!! amazingly quick!
and i was still drunk from my lunch martinis!
now i'm in the process of getting my passport in time for my departure on tuesday.
WORD FROM THE WISE; getting your passport sucks, try not to do this more than necessary. they look for any reason to spout DENIED!

sin card is super easy to get back.. u go to teh office place, fill out a form and ure set. but the carecard is a bitch.. i lost my wallet like 2 summers ago and i still dont have one. nor know how to get one...or have teh effort to find one. most pharmacies are pretty cool with u giving them an old carecard, aslong as u have a picture id to support it.

When my wallet got stolen once I didn't get my birth certificate back :( But luckily we had copies of it from my soccer and softball regi forms so we had the numbers and everything to quote when we were ordering a new one. It's still a bitch to lose any ID and hafta get a new one. I was lucky my DL ended up with VPD shortly after my wallet was stolen. That saved me some trouble!

There's a Government HR Office along Canada Way right in front of the Blue Cross building (I forget the cross street). But it's basically where you get ID's, SIN cards, etc.

I lost my wallet, and that's where I went to get my ID's back. For my Care Card, I had to mail in some form and then I got a new card like 5 weeks later.

once i lost my wallet, and someone dropped it in a mailbox, but you see.. it was not my wallet

it was someone elses wallet with all my information like care card birth certificate. maybe they just liked mine and wanted to keep it or something

that stuff is a pain in the ass really
