My Boss decided to put my job up for competition amongst everyone in our small Company in the name of fairness. Well only one dipshit applied for it. Being the idiotstick that he is, I have a feeling that I'll be staying in my position. I just had my interview with my Boss about 20 minutes ago and damn, now I remember why I took Political Science. I ROCKED it like the Hope Slide did Highway 5. Anyways, if things go well and they most likely will, it's helloooooooo Salary and Extended Medical. :) I'm in a great mood today... too bad I'm stuck in here. C'est la vie mes amis.

Interviews are good times! I had a panel of three people interview me for my job. Through my promotions and such in the company, I've had 3. The last time I was so prepared, that when I walked in I knew I was going to get the position!

Well it was kinda weird, I mean, I was being interviewed for the job I'm already doing. So naturally, I knew 95% of the answers. Add in some fancy schmancy spin doctoring and ligustical Gymnastics and BOOYAKA!

Why would the boss be interviewing others for your job? Would he fire you if he gave the job to someone else? Or would you get demoted to washing airplanes or something?

She thought that it would be fair if she offered it to the other people in the Company. Like wtf?! But whatever, at least I got to portray and cement an excellent image and attitude of myself to her.

I have a love-hate relationship with salary.

I loved it when I was only required to work 40 hours per week and never more.
Now apparently it's OK for me to work 10 and 11 hour days...ahhh no thanks. :( Now I have decided that I would really enjoy the OT $.

^ That's pretty lame... I don't work overtime ever so it's ok for me since they're also going to have extended medical as well. I wouldn't want to do overtime of my job anyways. The stable, predictable pay is nice too though.
