And, with the rain comes SNOW on the hills!
Not only am I jonesing to ride my board on some snow, but, beyond that, the realilty is THERE _IS_ NO SNOW-PACK!!!!

Smell it coming, y'all: Water restrictions/shortages.
Fuck your cars (let 'em get dirty!) and fuck your lawns (let 'em get brown!).
Any water in the resoivoirs should be for vitals only (hygiene, medical, fire, etc).
Yeah. Hopefully March and April will rain enough to fill up the dams, but, come June/July when the drier weather comes, NO snow-cap = no water.
